Coach Haupt can support any level coach and their teams in building a Championship Culture. Through a collaborative effort, he will identify the challenges you're up against in relating to your players. After listening and assessing your current situation, Coach Haupt will develop a game plan and strategy to set the proper context with your team and the "how to" of follow up to keep the context of a championship mindset. Standards of conduct and play will be agreed upon by you and the team with accountability and leadership being the focus. Lastly, ownership of the teams success will also be implemented. Coach - I wanted to let you know that as of today, I have been hired as the Men's Head Basketball Coach at Paradise Valley High School.
